We’ve experienced a lot this month — including hardships and victories. So we’re back with our July update as a builder in web3, to celebrate each milestone with you! We carefully looked out for the market sentiment and situation to ensure we were on the right track, slowly but surely.
As we launch our beta version of Metaverse Land NFT Borrowing and Lending, we also continue to build for our upcoming Guardians NFT (previously known as Factions NFT), which will also play a big part in building the Metapoly ecosystem.
We are now starting to collect our OGs suggestions and open the allowlist opportunities in various ways! Make sure to join our discord to be on the allowlist!

Project Update
Land NFT Borrowing & Lending
Metapoly, the pioneer Metaverse Bank has launched its first product this month — Land NFT Borrowing & Lending, in beta! Metapoly aims to build the financial infrastructure of the metaverse, and one way to do that is to provide utility and liquidity for your metaverse land assets through different use-cases such as lending, leasing, fractionalizing, and more.
Starting this protocol with OthersideMeta, landowners can deposit Otherdeed from Otherside and borrow USDC against the value of the corresponding NFT. If you are a liquidity provider, you can also deposit USDC and earn passive income. Metapoly plans to present more metaverse land assets on our dapp, such as The Sandbox, Decentraland, and many more.

As we all know, Metapoly started to release a “metaverse newsletter,” where you can get weekly news, analytical updates, insights, and events in the metaverse!
All of these are free, and we are featuring other updates around the metaverse space for everyone. We provide you with different sections based on what interests you.
- Meta News, here we share other news in the metaverse worldwide. No need to search anymore because we’ve got you covered.
- Metaverse Analytics, where we use different analytical platforms, monitor, and perform research based on the current numbers for that week! Even if you are just beginning to enter the space, we’ll help you understand the current status of the virtual lands.
- Meta Spotlight and MetaTalks, where you can read exciting projects, articles, and even podcasts to familiarize you with the space. In our MetaTalks section, we will update you with last week’s MetaTalks, and how you can listen to its recording.

Metapoly’s AMAs with partners in #MetaTalks
On July 18th, we had an AMA with Index Gaming as we announced our partnership. During our AMA with Index Game, we learned about their vision, mission, and services, such as voxel design, ads, gaming, and social experiences. Undoubtedly, The Sandbox Game has appointed them, for they create an innovative experience for the community. They also shared their experiences as a creator.
And on July 26th, Metapoly had an AMA and Masterclass with WeMeta! If you subscribe to Metapoly’s newsletter, we’ve used WeMeta as an analytical tool several times, and we are grateful for how beginner-friendly and helpful their platform is.
